MarkLogix builds iOS and Android apps on FlutterFlow, so one project serves both stores. We are AI first, so a working version you can install usually arrives in two to eight weeks, on accounts registered to you.

First consultation is free, and every enquiry is answered within 12 hours.

FlutterFlow is a visual builder for Flutter, so one project produces a native iOS and Android app from a single codebase. A FlutterFlow development agency designs, builds and submits those apps for you. MarkLogix builds cross-platform apps on FlutterFlow from $1,499, with a working version in two to eight weeks and App Store and Play Store submission handled.

What you get

What we build with FlutterFlow

One build serves both stores. We start with the smallest version that proves the idea, then grow it from real usage.

Consumer apps

Booking, ordering, community or content apps for iOS and Android, with sign-in, push notifications and in-app purchases where needed.

Marketplace apps

Two-sided apps with listings, search, chat between users and payments split through Stripe or a local gateway.

Field and staff apps

Internal tools for teams on the move: job lists, forms, photo capture, offline-tolerant data and a web admin to manage it.

Firebase backend

Authentication, a Firestore database, storage and cloud functions, structured with security rules from the start.

Device features

Camera, location and maps, notifications, biometrics and calendar, wired in through FlutterFlow actions or custom Flutter code.

Custom Flutter code

When the visual builder stops short, we drop into Flutter and Dart for a widget or an integration, then keep it in the same project.

Store submission

App Store Connect and Google Play Console set up in your name, listings prepared, and the review process handled through to approval.

Rescue and handover

Taking on a FlutterFlow project another team started, fixing the data and navigation, and leaving you documentation for the next developer.

In practice

The visual builder behind a cross-platform app

A phone canvas, a widget tree and a properties panel. You design the screens visually and FlutterFlow compiles them to a native iOS and Android build.

How it works

A process you can see coming

01 / Scope and recommend

Scope and recommend

A workshop mapping screens, users and data. You get a written scope, a fixed price and an honest note on whether FlutterFlow fits or the app genuinely needs a native build.

02 / Design the screens

Design the screens

Every screen drawn in Figma and approved before it is built, so you sign off a real interface rather than a description of one.

03 / Build in sprints

Build in sprints

The app is built in stages you can install on your own phone each week, so feedback and changes land early rather than at the end.

04 / Submit and hand over

Submit and hand over

Store accounts in your name, both submissions handled through review, the project handed to you, and a written record of how it works.

Fit

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

  • You need a real iOS and Android app and want one build rather than two
  • You have seen large native quotes and want a focused first version in weeks
  • The app uses standard device features: camera, location, notifications, payments
  • You want to own the FlutterFlow project and the exported Flutter code

Probably not if

  • You need a marketing website or a browser-only tool. That is a web build
  • The app leans hard on advanced graphics, AR or heavy on-device processing
  • You need a feature that only a fully native team can deliver on day one
  • The requirements change every week. Scope first, then build

Technology

The tools we connect it to

We are AI first and platform agnostic. FlutterFlow connects through native actions, API calls and custom Flutter code. Common ones on our builds:

Platform licence and subscription fees are paid directly by you, in your own accounts, so nothing is ever locked behind ours.

FlutterFlow connects to Flutter and Dart, Firebase, Supabase, Stripe, RevenueCat, Claude, Google Maps, Figma, and any service with a documented API or SDK.

Investment

What it costs

Three starting points, priced about $500 below the going agency rate. The figure that fits your project is confirmed in writing after a free first meeting.

Starter MVP $1,499 to $1,900

One core flow, sign-in and a Firebase backend, installable on your phone. Enough to test the idea with real users.

Standard build $1,999 to $2,800

Several screens and roles, payments or in-app purchases, push notifications, device features and testing on real devices.

Full product $3,499 to $4,200

A larger app with complex logic, a web admin, both store submissions handled, and support through the first months of usage.

These are estimated starting ranges to help you size a budget. Exact pricing depends on your scope and is confirmed in writing after the first meeting, which is free and carries no obligation.

Questions

Common questions

How much does a FlutterFlow app cost to build?

A starter version with one core flow, sign-in and a backend starts at $1,499. A standard build with payments, notifications and device features runs $1,999 to $2,800. A full product with a web admin and both store submissions runs $3,499 to $4,200. Cost is driven by screen count, roles, integrations and logic.

How long does a FlutterFlow build take?

Two to eight weeks. A focused starter version can be ready in two to three weeks. A standard build usually takes four to six, and a full product six to eight. You get a build to install on your own phone each week rather than waiting for one reveal.

Is a FlutterFlow app a real native app?

Yes. FlutterFlow builds on Flutter, which compiles to native iOS and Android. The result installs from the App Store and Play Store like any other app and can use the camera, location, notifications and payments. It is not a website wrapped in an app shell.

Do I own the project and the code?

Yes. The FlutterFlow project sits in an account registered to you, the store accounts are in your name, and you can export the underlying Flutter code. Any FlutterFlow or Flutter developer can take it over. Nothing is trapped in our accounts.

When does an app genuinely need a native build instead?

When it leans hard on advanced graphics or AR, heavy on-device processing, very tight performance budgets, or a platform feature FlutterFlow has not exposed yet. We tell you at scoping if your app is in that group, and we will say so rather than take the work.

Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?

Yes. We set up App Store Connect and Google Play Console in your name, prepare the listings, and manage both submissions through the review process to approval. Apple review notes and rejections are handled as part of the project.

Can you finish or fix a FlutterFlow app someone else started?

Yes. We take on stalled FlutterFlow builds: we audit the data structure, navigation and actions, give you a written view of what is wrong and what a fix costs, then repair it or rebuild the weak parts. You get documentation at handover.

Do you sign an NDA before we share our idea?

Yes, always, and before you share anything. We are happy to use your own NDA template rather than ours, and we never publish a project as a case study without written permission.
