How quickly will you reply?
We reply to every enquiry within 12 hours during working hours. WhatsApp is usually fastest if you need an answer the same day.
Will you sign an NDA before we discuss the project?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything confidential, and we are happy to use your NDA rather than ours. If you would prefer to have it in place before the first call, send it over and we will return it signed.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. Plenty of people come to us knowing something is not working without knowing what to fix. Describe the situation and we will tell you what we would look at first.
What do you need from me to give an accurate quote?
Your website address if you have one, a rough idea of scope, and what you want the work to achieve. For marketing we also ask for access to any existing ad or analytics accounts. Most quotes go out within two working days of that first conversation.
Do you work across different time zones?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide, and we agree fixed overlap hours before a project starts so there is always a window where we are both online.
Is there a charge for the first conversation?
No. The first conversation, and the recommendation that comes out of it, are free.
