Marketing

Google Ads management built around cost per lead.

Search and shopping campaigns run on a flat monthly fee, not a percentage of your spend. Landing pages and conversion tracking are included, and the ad account is created in your name.

First consultation is free, and every enquiry is answered within 12 hours.

Google Ads management is the setup and ongoing running of search and shopping campaigns. MarkLogix builds them around cost per lead, with the landing pages and conversion tracking included rather than billed separately, on a flat monthly fee from $500. Your ad account, billing and analytics are created in your name and stay with you.

What you get

What Google Ads management includes

One fee covers the account, the pages the ads point to and the tracking that proves what worked.

Account setup or audit

A new account structured properly, or a full review of your existing one with wasted spend identified before we take over.

Keyword and search-term work

The terms worth bidding on, the negatives that stop wasted clicks, and match types chosen for intent rather than reach.

Campaign build

Search, shopping and, where it fits, performance campaigns structured around your products and margins.

Ad copy and assets

Headlines, descriptions and extensions written and tested, included in the fee rather than charged as creative.

Landing pages

The pages your ads point to, built or improved so the click has somewhere that converts. This is scope, not an add-on.

Conversion tracking

GA4, Google Ads conversions and, where relevant, call tracking wired in so every lead is attributed to the campaign that produced it.

Bid and budget management

Ongoing adjustment to hold your cost per lead, with budget moved to what is working.

Monthly reporting

Spend, leads, cost per lead and what changed, in plain language, with next month laid out.

Technology

The tools we build with

We are AI first and platform agnostic. The right tool depends on your budget, who maintains it after launch and how far it needs to scale, so we recommend one in the meeting and explain the trade offs before you commit. If your project uses something not on this list, we can still take it on.

How it works

A process you can see coming

01 / Audit and plan

Audit and plan

We review any existing account, agree the target cost per lead and the budget, and map the campaigns.

02 / Build

Build

Campaigns, ads, landing pages and tracking built and checked before anything goes live.

03 / Launch and stabilise

Launch and stabilise

Live within one to two weeks, then daily attention through the learning period to bring cost per lead into range.

04 / Optimise

Optimise

Ongoing testing of keywords, ads and pages, with a monthly report and a call if you want one.

Fit

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

  • People already search for what you sell and you want to capture that demand now
  • You have a budget of at least a few hundred dollars a month for ad spend, separate from the fee
  • You want the landing pages and tracking handled, not bolted on later
  • You want to own the ad account and keep the data if you leave

Probably not if

  • Nobody searches for your product yet. Demand generation on Meta may fit better first
  • Your margin cannot support a paid cost per sale, and ads would lose money
  • You want to run it yourself and only need a one-off setup
  • You expect profitable results in the first week, before the account has data to learn from

Investment

What it costs

Management is a flat monthly fee from $500, separate from your ad spend, which is paid directly to Google from your own account. What you pay above the floor depends on the number of campaigns and how much landing page and creative work is involved. The exact figure is confirmed in writing after a free first meeting.

Single campaign

One search or shopping campaign, one or two landing pages, tracking and monthly reporting.

Multi-campaign

Several campaigns across search and shopping, ongoing landing page testing and deeper reporting.

Full account

A large or fast-moving account with performance campaigns, feed management and frequent creative refreshes.

These are estimated starting ranges to help you size a budget. Exact pricing depends on your scope and is confirmed in writing after the first meeting, which is free and carries no obligation.

Questions

Common questions

How much does Google Ads management cost?

Management starts at $500 per month as a flat fee, separate from your ad spend. It rises with the number of campaigns and the amount of landing page and creative work. Setup, ad copy, landing pages and conversion tracking are included in the fee, not billed as extras.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. The fee is flat, so our incentive is your cost per lead, not persuading you to spend more. If a smaller budget would hit your goal, we say so, and the fee does not fall just because you scale spend up.

Is the ad budget included in the fee?

No. You pay Google directly from your own account for the clicks. Our fee covers building and running the campaigns. Keeping them separate means you can see exactly what went to media and what went to management.

How soon will I see leads?

Campaigns can produce enquiries within one to two weeks of launch. The first two to four weeks are a learning period where cost per lead is higher while the account gathers data. We plan for that and do not judge performance until it has settled.

Do you build the landing pages too?

Yes, and it is part of the scope rather than an add-on. A campaign is only as good as the page it sends people to, so we build or improve those pages and keep testing them.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. The account, billing and conversion data are set up in your name from the start. If you ever stop working with us, the account and its history stay with you rather than disappearing into an agency account.

Can you take over an account another agency set up?

Yes. We start with an audit that shows where spend is being wasted and what is worth keeping, give you a written recommendation, then take over with your permission. We do not rebuild what already performs.

Do you sign an NDA before we share our account?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you grant account access or share commercial figures, and we are happy to use your own NDA template. We never publish results as a case study without written permission.
